I know I'm late to the game, but I envisioned the kiss as being on the forehead. I was 11 or so.
As for today's page, Wow! I saw Neal Adams and I saw Alan Davis, but it was 100% Byrne.
I'm not sure if I love or hate it when JB warns us that "tomorrow" will have huge surprises. (but, I love it) ;)

After tomorrow’s pages, I’m anticipating some fireworks—or maybe a firing squad.

Just had to add how great the page for the 28th was. Also, how much fun this is to read how stories from nearly 40 years ago were intended and changed. Some I've read elsewhere or could figure out from logic but other elements add to the old stories in my mind. Really makes me wonder what is wrong with those who read this on other sites as they miss out on all of this. Even on the embarrassment of making dumb comments and caught by Mr Byrne for my dumb mistakes (I still keep seeing Wanda with red hair in my mind for some dumb reason even after re-reading the Vision/Scarlett Witch mini's to look for hints for the TV show - shows how ones mind plays tricks on them). Looking forward to what happens to Lil and the merged Kitty. Oh so many ways you could anger fans here - this will be fun to read.

JB, if you could take one character from the X-Men and do a "She-Hulk" style book with them, what character would you use?

Edit: Very beautiful landscape at the end of the last panel!

Just realized the title for next issue could also be referring to whatever is happening with Astra and Kitty!

Hah! My head didn't explode but my belly aches from laughing. That was priceless. I hope you're having half the fun making ELSEWHEN as we are reading it.
I keep staring at that sparkle in the woods on the right of that beautiful panel with Scott and Jean in the woods. I feel like I should be recognizing something there...but my eye just won't resolve it.
It's a joy to be able to say, "I'll have to wait and see..."
And the previous panel, if you decide to "erase" that one too...maybe Cyclops could step out-of-character just once and simply reply to Jean, "Yeah...they're a bunch of a**holes." (kidding! Ignore me!) :P
What fun!

Hah! X-Men New Visions starring Colossus and the All-Powerful Byrndru. That was a fun way to handle that.
Curious to see if we learn more about those mysterious sparkles in the woods!
