I think Oracle's current situation is probably in the top two of horrific things JB has ever inflicted on a character from a body horror standpoint (not going to list the others because I don't want to throw random Next Men spoilers into this thread). Half her body, just gone!
I feel bad for Oracle!

Seeing Oracle levitating in a normal earthling room like that makes me think of a fan question... not necessarily one worth answering though...
Would the Imperial Guard have flight rings like DCs Legion? It may even have been answered in a comic I didn't see or have forgotten, or one of those 'handbook' entries. I think they were able to communicate through some device back in #137 on the moon anyway. The Legion rings do that, and protect in a vacuum, plus the flight thing.

It's pretty obvious what Oracle is seeing: it's Monday's page!
Jean's parents look particularly well illustrated today.
Since this is all free, I'll take it at whatever pace JB wants, but if I had a choice I prefer the M-F daily dose as it keeps the comments fresh. I, too, am enjoying the behind the scenes tidbits into JB's creative process...

IIRC, OHOTMU said something about "equipment in the uniforms" that enabled them to fly. Don't think someone's come out and said "flight rings" though.

I love the panel with Scott being teleported!
I had to look up Jack Winters. Even after reading that he was one of the X-Humed in She-Hulk, I had no recollection of him at all.

Magneto makes such a great SOB we have to wonder why anyone would want him any other way!Of course, I have to offer a small mea culpa here, since it was after his appalling handling of Doctor Doom in that Arcade story that the FF office, at my request, forbade Chris any further access to Doom, so he began (unconsciously?) turning Magneto into a kind of Doom Lite.
