I love that pose in Captain America #291. The way he’s hunkered down, has the shield real close to him and has his other hand on the shield to really hold it in place in order to lessen the blow of impact. I really get a sense of him trying to protect himself. I’d imagine it’s something he’s practiced before like when riot police train.
I have that issue in some random Marvel Super-Heroes Ominbus (1988). Loved it!

Love that Web of Spider-Man #4!

There is something very exciting about JB's version of the Hulk (and actually that extends to the vast majority of Marvel characters when drawn by JB).. That Incredible Hulk cover is a case in point. The Thing, the Abomination, the Hulk, Wolverine... All looking perfect and very angry with each other! That is the kind of thing that makes you reach into your pocket and shell out for a comic.
