I think he is exhausted personally------------------------------------------------------------ You are probably right, Thomas. Can't be easy for the clinically obese President to be taking the side of a crimes-against-humanity-committing dictator against an American. That kind of thing is tiring.

He needs to take a break and get properly briefed. He rammpled on in that speech a lot. I think he is ignorant personally.

This is Trump we're talking about, though. You could have one hundred world-renowned, non-biased experts tell him something, and one biased halfwit (ie, some village is missing its idiot) tell him something else. He'd still believe whoever shared his own opinion.

His Twitter rant that the Michael Cohen hearing was to blame for his failure with the North Korean Summit shows how stupid, ignorant, misguided and unfit for office this despicable man is.

So, we’re now to the point he threatens physical harm to anyone running against him.

Brian, that is the language of a complete fascist.
His language, behaviour and rhetoric are empowering people to act out their hatred. This nightmare needs to stop.

I thought he was already at the point of physical threats when he threatened Alec Baldwin that there would be consequences from that recent SNL bit.
Why would I be surprised if Trump has an organization that is his own version of the SS? And especially increasing as the 2020 elections approach?
Maybe we do need to consider local militias if the Trump Troopers - the TT - come to town...

It's the language of a fascist, accompanied by the actions of a dictator. He wants tax payer money to build his wall. Congress says no. Government gets shutdown because they can't agree. He backs down and the shutdown ends. He then declares the border a national emergency. Congress then passes a resolution to terminate this declaration. He then vetos Congress.
Where exactly are the checks and balances on his power?

Apparently, Trump is bitter AF that he wasn't invited to McCain's funeral.
This guy just doesn't know when to shut the f*ck up.

After all the disparaging things Trump said about McCain after he was diagnosed with cancer, and even worse after he died, did he really think there was a snowball's chance in hell of him being invited?
...
Wait, this is Donald Trump, who doesn't understand the meaning of the word `logic' (as well as a lot of other words). So of course he thought there was a chance.
