Delighted to find dirt on opponent, not really a crime. And was disappointed with the meeting almost immediately.
So dismissing the fbi giving her a cake walk case, didn’t matter that they smashed phones and iPads, doesn’t matter that they never handed over the server.
Similar excuses for the txt messages between fbi lovers wanting to take out trump?

Unless the source was an agent working for a foreign Government...

"We tried to do something illegal but they didn't have anything good" is really NOT the best defense in the world.

What would she have been charged for? From the second sentence I'm assuming this relates to the email thing, so... At the time of the offense, not using personal resources for official business was discouraged but not against the law, there was no evidence that she used her personal resources for anything other than convenience rather than as a way to get around archival and FOIA rules and the whole "extremely careless with classified information" thing is a nebulous term that's only been used to prosecute once in US history. (Plus, IIRC, these would have been messages she received rather than sent so wouldn't it make more sense to go after the people who sent the classified messages in the first place?)

Any tech used for official business is supposed to be destroyed since even Unclassified information can be exploited if the wrong person gets ahold of it. They were basically applying standard Government policy to their personal gadgets.

Having trouble finding this one. Were they asked to?

"Take out Trump?" Seriously? And given that the one thing that Strzok did that could be seen as actively influencing the outcome of the election was co-write the Comey letter informing Congress that the FBI was reopening their investigation into Clinton's email server in late October, he sure picked a weird way to "take out Trump." ("First we'll help him get elected and then... we strike!")

Clinton and Obama started talking a lot like full blown globalists, which is really bad in any Trump supporters mind.
——
And this is where Trump supporters are delusional. We don’t live in the post-WWII era where the US remained largely unscathed and the rest of the world was rebuilding. Globalism is happening whether we want it to or not. Nationalism and isolationism is just ceding leadership in the areas we still have it.

Last I read, the DNC refused to hand over the server to investigators. Instead the hired their own private firm to look at it, called CrowdStrike.

Nationalism and isolationism have consistently ended with poor results, historically.

That wasn't about the Clinton thing, but rather the Russian hack of the DNC Server. And they DID provide the FBI with forensic copies of the servers and everything else CrowdStrike did, which Comey has confirmed. What they didn't do was give the FBI direct access to their servers, but it was because the DNC wanted to put their server (really servers) back to work.

Ah, so there is a DNC server incident and a private Hillary email server incident that I blended together in my mind over time. Will have to read up on it.

"North Korea, under the leadership of Kim Jong Un, will become a great Economic Powerhouse. He may surprise some but he won’t surprise me, because I have gotten to know him & fully understand how capable he is. North Korea will become a different kind of Rocket - an Economic one!" -Donald Trump. Twitter
Waiting for the Trump supporters to spin this.

North Korea has been rounding up Christians.
https://www.ctvnews.ca/world/north-korean-christians-keep-fa ith-in-underground-churches-1.4279904
"...captured in China and jailed once they were sent back to the North. Most denied their faith while being interrogated..."
^ A mainstream independent Canadian tv network news story.
We were insane to have anything to do with any communist countries ever, Nixon 'opening' China to trade was a massive mistake, they still have portraits of Mao everywhere who the say killed more of his own people than Stalin, who killed more than old Adolf even. getting in bed with Saudi Arabia also a mistake. Most of these mistakes seem to come from the Republicans though who you would think to trust to at least hate communism. Lovers of the U.S.A. and democracy when they undermine democratic forces like NATO and the EU while making pals with communists and nepotistic dictators?
How do we get back the middle, the center, the evil moderates? Moderate should be seen as another term for balance, but extreme left and right hate moderation and compromise now. This is just getting worse with extreme left fanatics wanting to fight, grabbing Kelly-Anne Conway in a restaurant, and name-calling back with hysterics and ever more stunts. :^(

Delighted to find dirt on opponent, not really a crime ------------------------------------------------------------ ---------------------------- It's illegal for a foreign national to make a donation, contribution or any other thing of value, or an to make an express or implied promised in connection with a Federal, State or local election.
It is also a crime for a person to solicit, accept or receive a contribution as described above from a foreign national.
Clearly there was a promise to make a contribution of value in connection with an election. Clearly it was accepted.

Got to admit, all this back and forth regarding whether America will ever become a socialist country makes me laugh.
America became a socialist country the day it bailed out the banks and recognised that the government needed to interfere in a free market that went wildly off the rails.
But I'm sure the right do not view things that way.
I do think that a lot of Americans struggle to understand the difference between socialist and communist. As Christ Claremont once said, what the UK views as right wing, America would view as left wing, and what the UK views as left wing, America would arrest and throw in jail.
There is some truth in that.
