First, let me say I hate that term. But, it seems to be somewhat official, so there it is. Ok, you UK members, what's going to happen tomorrow? Staying or going?

As far as i`m aware,if we vote to leave, which our government doesn`t want, then they can override the decision,so i think we`ll end up staying. The trouble is,the desperate scare stories from both sides have made the decision very hard. The pro-remain campaign has been eager to point out the minus points of leaving, but hasn`t really made any positive points.whilst the leave campaign has had to endure cries of racism for being concerned about uncontrolled immigration. My problem is the amount of celebrities being used to try to influence the decision...do the likes of The Beckham`s really have any idea what a stay or remain win means to the average Joe,when they can bugger off to their foreign homes or hide behind the walls of their U.K. gated community residences?

Welcome to the US political circus! I'm not sure what it has been like in the past for UK political issues, but the US seems to be setting a standard and raising the bar on underhanded behavior for a long time. I've been in Canada for over a decade and I can already see how things are changing. Just recently the Canadian Premier, Kathleen Wynne, was down south criticizing Donald Trump. I agree with the criticism, but that is bad form and shows poorly for decorum in politics in my opinion. It won't be long before the political process and discourse is unrecognizable from a Twitter insult-a-thon between two celebrity nitwits.

I think we will do what we usually do in this country, that is we let Rupert Murdoch decide.

As for `Brexit` i hate it too,it infantilizes a serious issue. The sad murder of MP Jo Cox last week, was even used to try and link the leave campaign to far right groups, when it was a lone guy with severe mental health issues, such dirty tricks are so low.The trouble is the EU accounts have NEVER been signed off,and the money they waste is huge. Also, the EU gravy train is very lucrative for ex-MP`s after they are voted out.

I hope Britain stays in, but there will be some turbulence either way. If they do leave it will cause some economic shockwaves all over, which would be bad for all of us.

Looks like it's a Brexit. Just when you least expect it, Britain changes the world again.

I'm having trouble believing it. How has this happened?
And now the pound is at its lowest level since 1985. And since most of my savings are in sterling and I live in Canada, this is very bad for me.
The Bank of England warned that it would be damaging. And now, hey ho, they are saying the Bank of England may to have to intervene to shore up the pound.
I'm hoping the forecasts prove somehow wrong, even though we are deep into the count...

It is always amazing to me how people can vote against their own interests.
Hopefully, the UK and EU will find a way to cushion the blow to British citizens. Supposedly, nothing changes for the next two years.

"Hopefully, the UK and EU will find a way to cushion the blow to British citizens."
Actually, they say the EU will go out of their way to make the separation as painful as possible for the UK, so as to make an example to the populaces of other EU members who might think of leaving.

A lot of French friends living in UK for a long time are worried about working visas and taxes. Same goes with some British friends living in Europe. It goes also with freedom of circulation for students and EU tourists. I have such a case in my in-laws...They surely know how to create troubles...

Deeply disappointed.
I can see Scotland going their own way now.
