Congratulations to the guy who made me look at the box that tells who wrote and drew these things I'd been reading!

Just to clarify, we'll find out in July who's being inducted into the Hall of Fame. Marge Henderson Buell and Bill Woggon are the two judges' choices, and four of this year's nominees will join them.

Andrew, I would assume JB was told by someone in the know.

Wolfman doesn't have a large body of work in my opinion. I mainly remember him as the writer on Teen Titans, which I enjoyed. I guess the award was also for his work at Marvel as Editor-in-Chief. |

His body of writing work is comparable in size to those of his contemporaries who've been selected, such as Roy Thomas, Len Wein, Denny O'Neill, and Steve Gerber. Is the size of one's body of work even a criteria, though? Steranko has also been selected, and he did relatively little comics work compared to his peers.

So here's what's happening:Chris Ryall called yesterday to tell me this news, but what he DIDN'T tell me was that the official announcement of the inductees was still some months away. I pay no attention to these things, so I assumed what Chris was telling me was public knowledge.
