IF JB was ghostwriting a title, it would have to be Powerpuff Girls. Which would be cool. Hell, even if it was most likely a joke, Gail Simone should write a PPG/Superman crossover for Action Comics, so JB can draw them again.
....
And I think now it's time for someone to post the JB pin-up of the Powerpuff Girls.

Same room, no...but I have been in a bar with each of them.

Maybe "notice" is in quotations for a reason. Some clue hinting at the pen name....

If this were true, it'd be a book that's had the same writer for over an year, and the psuedonym can't be the anme of another creator (ie- it can't be something written by Rucka, Brubaker, or Johns) as that could violate false advertising laws.
Let the speculations commence.

O.k. I realize this will be a stupid question, but I will admit to not really knowing the answer............here goes..........is John Byrne JB's real name?
Just a question, never hurts to ask.........right?

Thanks to Google, I have determined that Byrne's not Shane McCarthy (Legends of the Dark Knight), Justin Gray (Hawkman), Anderson Gabrych (Batgirl, and Detective Comics), J. Torres (Teen Titans Go, Sidekicks, and a lot of other stuff), or Dan Jolley (Firestorm, Micronauts.) Forgive my incredible ignorance of all of the above.
He could be one of the writers of Scooby Doo, Looney Tunes, or Powerpuff Girls (all long-running series.)
Or....and this can very easily be proven to be a silly and preposterious notion.....he could be AJ Lieberman, writer of Gotham Knights. Keep in mind that I've never read Gotham Knights, and know very very little about AJ Lieberman. The only proof I have that he's a psuedonym is that when I googled his name the only comic book links referred to recent Batman comics(a few Detective Comics, and Harley Quinn stories too.)

In truth, John Byrne is a psuedonym used by a collective of British writers and artists, who have been decieving comic book fandom for years. The "John Byrne" that attends conventions, and poses for pictures with fans who purchase original art, is an actor hired to maintain the illusion. All posters who have claimed to meet the "Real" John Byrne have just met the actor, who when not making "John Byrne" appearances spends his time auditioning for off-broadway plays. "John Byrne's" recent decision to stop attending conventions was due to the actor's desire to seperate himself from the "Byrne" persona he has been playing off and on for 25+ years.
...
I can't believe I just wrote that. And somewhere out there, someone will believe it.

Hmmm...that would be interesting. If so then JB is the writer who has let the readers know that "Hush" is indeed not who he appeared to be. That in itself is a bit JB-ish.

There were actually* several John Byrne actors touring the
country at different times. I was John Byrne at a wedding once.
I made sure to stand in front of blank walls for pictures so there
wouldn't be any backgrounds on the images.
* and the Actually Rule applies once again
