The ultimate proof that it's not JB, Lieberman used the word "Spandex".

F. Ron - "Looking for obvious devices like the narrative overlap
preceding a page transition seems to me to be the
first track he would cover up. I think that's a red
herring. "
********
That was my first instinct when thumbing through the books.
Then when Todd brought it up, I thought JB may leave a clue
like that in to see if anyone picked up on it before he leaked this
in the forum. It is a pretty big one, though. Hmmmmmmm

My speculation is Andersen Gabrych, the writer of BATGIRL. I'm not sure
how long he's been on the book, but an internet search of the name just
turns up either articles about batgirl or some no name actor of the
same name. I'm proably wrong, but it's my guess..

Use I before E except after C or sounding as AY as
in neighbor and weigh.
Handy as the rhyme may be, it still doesn't account
for "society" et. al.

The I and E in Society is not a diphthong. We're talking about
combinations of I and E that are supposed to make one sound, the E
sound. However, this does result in weird being misspelled.

Actually, it is even weirder, it is a Diphthong, where you somehow dont pronounce the first h (in the ph).

Here's the imdb page for Andy Lieberman. There is a movie writer by that name, so it looks like it can't be JB using a pseudonym.
It's interesting, though, that JB chose to make this joke (if it is a joke) and at the same time that there is a current DC book being written by a writer whose name is an anagram for "I real name JB". That's either an amazing coincidence or, as seems likely, JB noticed this possible anagram one day and decided to have a little fun, knowing the direction the speculation would take. It's helpful to him that there are seemingly no pictures of Mr. Lieberman online yet (that are easily googled, anyway).
