Wow…. that video almost made me tear up… except that it was kinda the right thing to do regarding that artwork. Very cool that it was done so lightheartedly.

Charles, you are quite right. The piece was destined for the shredder sooner or later so why put it off? It was light hearted and I felt honoured to be able to do the ripping. Many don't seem to get it though. Perhaps I'll get some "evil Eric" stories spread out of it. ;)

"But no "oat" and "aboat" for me!"
****

I've been able to spot a couple of Canadian actors playing Americans in American TV shows and movies by how they pronounce "project" (ie: venture or enterprise).
The ones that give themselves away say "pro-ject", rather than "prah-ject".

I would guess that there haven't been too many people that have had the
opportunity to tear a John Byrne original...*****************Marc,A lot of
people have the opportunity to tear up John Byrne originals, most of us
just can't bring ourselves to tear them up or any original comic art. I
would rather have my eyes gouged out.

Either that or perhaps "Bad Ladd"!  In any event, it was a memorable event which resulted in your getting one heck of a cool avatar!

Did anybody else film that? Looks like they took my two
videos and put them together on You Tube. If so, then
I'm taking credit right here and now lol :-)
