With Josh Trank on board for a future installment Michael B. Jordan will certainly be considered for a role. Apparently its a law or something.
In fact I do believe he was considered for a role in this upcoming SW movie.

The myth of a Marvel "house style" seems to live on in some quarters, but say it ain't here, Tim!--------------
Anything inked by Joe Sinnott tends to look "Marvel house style" to me -- and yes, I realize that there was never really any such thing. But that's what my brain tells me.

On-model was the key; no artist would have ever been allowed to draw the Thing 10 feet tall in the 60's, 70's or 80's. What a brilliant use of artist license!

That comment about the 10-ft Thing reminds me of my first encounter with Rob Liefeld art in that issue of New Mutants that introduced Cable. He made the Blob into a giant, and that was the end of the title for me.

Mark H: "Really? Or do you mean that Marvel kept their characters "on-model"?
The myth of a Marvel 'house style' seems to live on in some quarters, but say it ain't here, Tim!"

Thank you, Mark - yes, I meant to say "on-model". The print and movie designs should be close enough that merchandise supports both.
If Fox plans on straying too far from the print version, it doesn't help Marvel's merchandising. And Marvel doesn't want to support character interpretations that will overwrite the print version, because they have no control over the Fox designs.

Well, as more evidence of all this, Puck is now sleeping with Talisman.

Maybe this should be a relief-- I thought they were all dead.

I'm not sure if I'd want them back just for that, though. There's so much wrong with that picture...

If nobody else is doing FANTASTIC FOUR right now, then JB might as well do DANGER UNLIMITED.
I'm paraphrasing JB's own words above - it was an oft-repeated quote during the ramp up to the book's release. JB has since stated in his introduction to the 2009 IDW trade edition that the concept didn't stay a FANTASTIC FOUR clone for long - even though it only ran a short four issues, it took on a life of its own. I think returning to the title at a time when Marvel contemplates sinking the FF is irresistible.
