About the cover, I say we have everyone who wants to do their own, I
don't think a piece mill would work too well, and this is a joint effort, so
lets let the cover(s) reflect that.

And 10 or so different covers would be fun too.

Okay I'll finish mine. Does anyone have any pointers on how I could include the castle?

Danny you can get a image of the castle and cut and paste it into the image.then use the eraser to bring out the figure in the forefront if you have photoshop.

What Shehulk cover is it from?

I'm pretty sure it is from an unpublished cover of JB's FF run that had the She-Hulk on it.

Yes an unpublished cover for JB's last issue of the FF.

I know how to use photoshop, I meant help on the perspective and angle for the building. On my cover Sue is sinking into the ground but I can't figure out where to put the horizon and it still look right.

The reason for this is that the horizon line would in fact be off the page!

If you look at where the "asphalt" is meeting her body you can determine the angle of the plane she's in. Looks to my untrained eye to be off the page.

Only way I'd suggest to use the perspective is to reinforce that she's sinking -down- maybe by having a police car wheel in shot, a couple of legs and feet, litter etc. Most importantly you could put a puddle in with the reflection of the Castle in it. Seems like the only way without choosing to "homage" the JB drawing whilst altering the angle to make it a little more accute for the sake of the perspective.

Here’s my page.

  you

It may be a little confusing so, here my explanation: Panel 1 Sue is feeling

rough. Panel 2 Sue tells herself to suck it up,don’t want it to be perceived that

a group of terrorists took such a toll on one of the Fantastic Four. Panel 3

she pushes all the terrorist out of the Castle using her force field. Panel 4 she

greets the NYPD as they are cuffing and hauling away the bad guys. Panel 5

Sue talking to a officer. Panel 6 Sue collapses.

I did some research and found out the interior of the Castle has been just

added in the late 80s or 90s, prior to that it was just a shell with no actual

interior. It is used to teach about the wildlife in the park you can listen to the

various native bird calls etc… So I tried to think of that type of interior

would look like. If you guys want to deviate from what I have I think that’s

cool too.

I just penciled in a rough sketch for the terrorists. I won’t finish them until I

see how they are drawn in the preceding pages.

I'll get a reference and finish the NYPD shoulder patch.

This has been quite fun, can’t want to see what you guys come up with.

Brilliant Steve...areas of the inking remind me of Early-Guice and in some places there's a definite feel that you've been taking tips from Mr Austin.

Great stuff. I wasn't confused at all.

I'm curious what they look like too :-)
