Cool. I will have to check this out.

I sure hope the ATOMIC KNIGHTS show up (or maybe a nod to those great John Broome stories!)

Is it possible, today, to do a series that's post apocolyptic, where the
said apocalypse WASN'T caused by zombies?

In all seriousness, JB, is this the series you mentioned that would sort
of have the feel of a western?

Kind of  the... opposite of a massive blast radius? That's really intriguing.

That's something else entirely. D.1 is also not the series I was talking about when I said I would be "sort of repeating myself" (or whatever the phrase was that I used).

And no "zombies". Trust me!

Thank you! I'm really looking forward to what you can do with the
Western genre, or put a twist on it.

Also, I didn't really understand the zombie craze when it started, now I
burnt out on something I never took part in.

I think it is so cool that the character sneak that we saw all the way back in September of last year is this project.  Very smart to sneak it with nary a mention of the title, as it gave my wandering mind the time to meditate on those characters without thinking of the context of the original series.  As we see with the reaction to the title this past week, that was a smart move, JB.  And very sneaky, I might add!  You do like to keep us constant readers on our toes!

There's also a subscription variant (wrap-around cover) in the March Preview for # 1:

Here's the "pitch" version of that image:

Old timers will notice a couple of "nods" to DOOMSDAY+1, but "nods" is all they are, I promise you!

Cool!  We hadn't seen their names before - just the countries.

Looking good, JB!  Very excited for this one!
