I'll be at Emerald City. Thinking about Baltimore. I have September off, so,maybe a trip east would be nice.

I hope I am heading to Big Wow! in San Jose this year. It's a great one especially since it's mainly artists. I have seen you, Brian, at a few cons in California but I keep it to myself :)

Brad, I went to book that dump of a hotel but it is under a new name and isn't open for reservations for that weekend. No free cookies and view of a strip club this time around. I will have to settle for the Hyatt instead.

Threads about upcoming conventions have the same effect on me that Back to School ads on the TV used to. A nervous tick in the back of my mind, accompanied by a sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach!The "Back to School" response persisted for DECADES past the ads applying to me in any way. I hope the Con response fades sooner! It's been, what, eight years since I went to a con? •••••• It would be nice if your "Con condition" fades some day. I didn't notice the symptoms in a Chicago appearance in... 83? Or you hid them well. Maybe if it turned into a "Art school reunion" condition...

Okay, made my reservations at the Sheraton again. 1/2 a block away is nice.
