On a side note, I do hope that while in Seattle Bill and Brad take me out so I can get a famous Dick's Burger. The cold one Bill gave me last time just didn't live up to the hype.

Well, we'll certainly have to see if we can fix that, Paul.  ;)

It was hard enough keeping up with ya the last time you were in town for ECCC.

Baltimore Comic Con for me this year.  It's close enough that booking a hotel room won't be necessary, and the cost of tickets pricewise won't be that big of a purchase.  I may go for both days.

Locally, it seems that the convention scene has pretty much dried up.  I used to remember at least two or three local conventions that'd pop up in an around my area.  Not so much any more.

Hmmm. I want to go to heroescon again  (year 4) but it's in late june this year and I have a trip to CA in early june.  Any one want to be my sketch line proxy? ;)

Nashville might not be a bad drive it's a little over 3 hours to chatanooga for me.

I'd love to do ECCC if only to get a Terry Dodson sketch. and a few of the others.

I'm supposed to go to Gencon in August. Maybe some con in late fall? Mid-ohio?

I am thinking of going to the Boston Con in April.  How is that one?

Stan Lee will be at all the Wizard World conventions this year, from what I've seen on the conventions's site.

Joe, we seriously have to get you out of Ohio for a con. It has been over two years since we went to Detroit.

Going to C2E2 for sure and we might go to Motor City con for the first time.

How does the Motor City con compare to the two Chicago cons?

Motor City is basically the model that Wizard World uses for their cons. Heavy on Media Guests with Comic Guests as a bonus. Motor City is not as crowded as WW Chicago but if there are artists you like, you will have nice interaction with them. Usually has a good showing for comic book dealers. Solid show.
