Great pics, Bill!!! Really nice pictures of convention center at dusk.
I'm not big on the cosplay - it was not part of the scene at the two conventions I went to as a kid and was only introduced to it when I went to JB's last Mid-Ohio Convention. This one had the most I've seen. I liked seeing the Spaceballs guys - what a great idea
This guy was at the Elfquest panel dressed as Cutter, and it is the first time I asked someone if I could take a picture. I thought he did a great job:

Hey - I said I was attending on this thread. Two demerits for not reading carefully!
I actually was staying with some friends at a house in Laguna Beach, and I had my hands full just trying to keep tabs on them. These guys don't read comics, so I pretty much ditched them for most of the con to go to comic panels and comic hunting. I joined them for a few panels, and of course we had meals together. The beach house was a lot of fun - Laguna Beach is beautiful!

Went to Planet Comicon at Kansas City last Sunday. It was my son's first convention. After he warmed up to everything (he had no clue how many people would be there) he had a blast. Highlights:
*My son having a great time
*Meeting George Takei
*My son meeting Walter Jones (one of the original Power Rangers)
*Meeting Neal Adams and getting a print signed for me.
Super nice guy and got a chance to see him sketch. WOW!
