My mouth is watering in anticipation! Holy Moses!
(Hope they go with the classic FF logo though.)

Any word on what issues will be included, apart from Fantastic Four #274?

John mentioned in his reply that it would contain comics inked by him, so wouldn't that negate #274? The credits show that it was inked by Al Gordon.
It glancing, it appeared that he inked the earlier issues in the run, but I haven't had time to flip through them all yet...

Good point. Issue #274 must be from the cover gallery. Which issues were inked by John? I think Jerry Ordway and Al Gordon started inking him in the 270s, which gives us a big chunk of books from #232 to #270, right? Hope we've got some consecutive issues in there. I e-mailed Scott Dunbier to see if I can get any info out of him, but I'm looking forward to it regardless.

Having heard rumblings of this on the forum a few months ago I've had it in the back of my mind that it's coming for sure, but I'm STILL excited for this news!
(The most I've paid for a single book was last year's IDW book by Darwyn Cooke -Parker, Martini Edition. This is a major purchase for me, but SSSOOOO worth it!!!!)

PREDICTION: Stand by for the stories of how I would not ALLOW anyone else's contributions to appear in this volume, since then I'd have to share the wealth!

Again, no reflection on Mooney as an artist, but I was turned off by the Rmita issues chosen for his book. i want the most pure representation of the artist featured in those volumes. Otherwise, what's the point?
