I've added a new section to the JB Gallery specifically for photographs of Mr. Byrne.
http://www.artofjohnbyrne.com/gallery/index.php?album=photos
If any one has any other photos to share, or any comments to add about any of the pictures posted, please do so here.
If you add a photo here, please include as many details about the picture as you can - date taken, other people in the picture, photographer, etc.
Thanks, and enjoy.
Roger Stern and JB, circa 1974.

The Hulk Conference shot cracks me up, I remember that from the comic it was in.
I laughed at the one that you describe as the pic reproduced 15728 times. I wonder if Jerry knew that you hated that hairstyle. :)

Great Dwayne!! Any details on any of these photos? Dates, etc.?
Anyone have that early 70's shot of Mr. Byrne at his drawing desk? The image has already been removed from the "old board."

You're welcome Dan- Obviously Byrne is the best to give back story- I can remember nothing. The one image I was looking for that wasn't on your site was the JSA commsion of Byrne and Nathan- I loved that picture for some reason but seem to have delelted it for some reason. And if anyone is wondering why I have so many pictures of Byrne on my pc... It is none of your damn buisness!
I also found this one but it probably isn't gallery material ;)

Some "behind the scenes" shots:
A gathering in Florida a few years back. Names you
would know: Jim Warden, on my right and Nathan
Greno on my left. That's Roger Price at far right.
Some of the folk who gathered for my 50th birthday
bash in 2000 -- Peter Sanderson lurks behind my
College chum Maureen Mores (who appeared in an
INCREDIBLE HULK ANNUAL), Howard Mackie
strikes a nonchalant pose and Walt Simonson
wonders if he can sneak away my dinosaur bone
without me noticing. . .
In the studio, Jim Warden's son Matthew gets a
drawing lesson. . .
On the front porch of Stately Byrne Manor, Robbie the
Robot gets partially assembled. . .
Hangin' with a pal from the 'hood. . .
