11" x 17" imaginary Micronauts cover featuring a team-up of Yellowjacket and Wasp with the Micronauts. Please draw miniature versions of the heroes vs. a full-sized version of a villain (your choice from the list below). The details are:

- include the Micronauts cover logo, Marvel banner, and Baron Karza corner character as shown on the covers of Micronauts #'s 1-7

Please include the following heroes:

- Marionette
- Commander Rann
- Acroyear (wielding his energy sword)
- Bug
- Wasp (in her costume from Avengers # 188)
- Yellowjacket (in the costume you drew him in on your run on Avengers)

Villain of your choice from the following:

- Psyclop (from Avengers # 88)
- Taskmaster (from Avengers # 196)
- Odd John (from Micronauts 19-20)

Your choice of background.

Except for one "naughty" sketchbook drawing of Marionette, I think this is it for my Micronauts work, Mike.

(Hm. Almost a hundred views and only two posts? Micro-love for the Mircronauts?)

I was a fan of the little see-through toys and not Marvel's comics (why two different lines with the same name, anyway?), but this is pretty fantastic!

Poor Jan.  It seems like she spent half her early Avengers career locked in one tube or another  :^)

Great job. I loved those characters back when the book came out. You capture them really well here. Nicely done making Commander Rann a lefty. Not enough of us..um those in comics.

Credit there to Dave Cockrum.   I used his first issue cover as part of the reference for this piece, and he drew Rann holding his pistol in his left hand.

I'd forgotten that. Time to go dig out the back issues and do a little walk down memory lane this fine Saturday now.
