Hey MAC - do you use rapidograph pens or brush? what white out do you use?
Darren - you use mainly brush, correct? do you use any white out when you ink?
Edit to add: what kind of white out do you use? I'm having problems finding one I like.

Mathew- I use PITT markers 80% of the time then i swith to
brush for the longer strokes, legs and capes mostly. I use PRO-
WHITE with a #2 Windsor brush and the old stand by.... a
toothbrush for splatter effects.
Im not into the the computer generated effects and try to apply
them when ever i can by hand.
BTW, i also prefer hand lettered boards, if an editor cant
guarantee me at least that then i usually turn the project down.

Matthew, currently I'm utilising fine technical pens with the
occassional brush pen for textures, like grey washes or trees in the
distance etc.
White out I use the pentel Micro-correction pen for generic "sorts" or
some Windsor Newton White ink for brush application. Thw Windsor Newton
ink is -sort-of- transparent. Which means that i can apply it once and
it reduces a black line to a "sort-of" grey and if I apply the same
stroke again, it's white. I like the flexibility
-Darren.

MAC I too prefer everything to be on the original, rather than added by computer later.

Thanks guys. I'm trying to go to a more traditional feel to my
inks and use very little PS tricks. The calendar inks is all by
hand. I cleaned up the boarder in PS, and that's it. I
might try to hunt down some pro-white.

Hey Darren!
When are we expecting the next Calendar page?
I think I'm out of the loop on that.

My new computer arrived. I can't transfer the files from the old one unfortuanately.
I'm still sorting out my new one [amoungst many other things!] but I'm
trying to see if I kept the original emails that the images were sent
in...
It's all a mess here.
I'm hoping to know where I stand whit -everything- at the weeks end.
Sorry, I couldn't foresee this.

That's great work MAC!
Darren, can't believe you won't post the next page! haha, oh the suspense.
I'm quite shocked to learn that you guys use markers most of the time!
For some reason I'd always thought that it was some computer programme,
maybe because eveything always looks so smooth and perfect, wow...my
respect has enlarged! Now that I've started playing with markers, I
really know how hard it is to do! I'm like a kid with crayons lol.
