Justin Wasson - "Chris, I will have to disagree with you very strongly.  I too can scroll the pages of the Sketchbook thread, and "know" who's who, and you are on that list as well." - I agree with Justin and I'll add that I can see the improvement with each piece.  the advice about having a "task" is good.  Sometimes you can't get motivated to draw "something" at random.

Darren Taylor - "Commission done today:" - stunning!  Absolutely stunning!  what great rendering.  nice job on that.

Marc Thompson - love your Spider-man.  very well done.

chris y...you really do an excellent job capturing likenesses on your
figures.

i've seen some scarlett j. and sarah michelle g. sketches that you've done
that are really, really good renderings.

so my advice to you is not to doubt your skills...some things come more
naturally for some then others.

every artist has strengths and weaknesses...some guys are better then
others at the various aspects of sequential art.

keep practicing...you may never be fully comfortable with your art but you
will get better in everyone else's eyes.

i've seen a lot of improvement in just the time i've been lurking...you're
doing more full figure shots...there's more motion in your pieces now
then there was.

you're getting there...even if you don't see it.
