Okay, I'll stop on 99 until I have something really cool and important to
say/post.
Again- thanks for the friendships!

Chris, that kind of "block" just means you need an "assignment". I know it's
pretty hard to work without any limitations. There's just too many choices,
which leads to paralysis. That's why something like Darren's This Week
works so well. It gives people themes and deadlines, which lead to
creativity. So, don't stop, I like most of the drawings you posted,
particularly the color ones. In fact, I think of you as our "Daredevil guy".

no worrys chris ,you can't make a pancake if you don't know the ingrediants. invest in some art books, and "how to" books. pretty soon your brain will be bursting with things to draw.don't give up on the art, we all get downers .i have many weaknesses in drawing but seeing others stuff spurns me on to try and improve.keep em coming Chris you got your cyberbuds to help you along ,if you get stuck on something then ask on the thread ,and i'm sure someone can put you straight on it.

Thanks Flavio, you're awesome. You know, when I excepted Darren's
challenge, I thought to myself - "Why the heck have you done this, my
work's going to stick out like a sore thumb, but I did put a lot of
effort into it, and even though it's not that amazing, it did get some
wheels turning so I guess you're right. :)

James, appreciate that man, I think I do need to get some books! lol
There has been times where I thought I won't post for awhile, but
that's lame so I force myself to keep going and you guys always inspire
me. Seriously, I see some of your work and it makes me want to draw
straight away! Fortunately I don't have to get better to make a career
from it, but it really is a personal goal and hobby and so I wanna get
like you and the rest of the guys here! Thanks for the help, sorry for
the personal "open time" too, dunno what came over me lol.
Cesar, can't wait to see what you've done for January bro!

Chris, I will have to disagree with you very strongly. I too can scroll the pages of the Sketchbook thread, and "know" who's who, and you are on that list as well. I also agree with the assignment idea and/or the jealousy factor. Remember that I dropped out of all projects from here because I was down. Then I kept reading how much fun everyone was having with the IW board or the Panel challenge, and I grew jealous, because I wanted to have that much fun, and I was part of it, and everyone was nice enough to let me back in. So now I'm on a ramble and I apologize. If you ever want to team up on something I'll be more than happy to.
By the way, the underlining theme of what I was trying to say was that you do have a style, and it will grow the more your practice.
Justin Wasson
hope I've helped and not hurt.

Hey, that's cool Justin, thanks for that! I'm glad I'm not the only one
that gets like this bud. You're work is amazing and I'm really glad
that you jumped back in. Thanks for the kind words.
