Chris Yeoman -  Ah motion is my worst fear Matthew lol - then embrace your fears!  use them against your enemies!

Oops, that's Batman.  Just don't worry about it.  You'll at least get some great practice here and good encouragement.  Have you every looked at "How to Draw Comics the Marvel Way"?  Highly recomend it.

Saturday I watched my son, Matthew, quickly draw
the picture below. I was so impressed I'd told him I'd
post it here. He's fourteen and a freshman in high
school. Enjoy!

And below are the inks he did on a light board. He
wasn't really working with that great of a pen. With
the both of us hard at it, it's hard to keep the Wiist Art
Cupboard fully stocked!

Looks like the apple doesn't fall very far from the tree, Bill.  Very nice job, Matthew.  And a most excellent name.

I like the inks on that. Has a wood-cut vibe about it. The pencil is
very clear and dynamic, of course.

That's really good.  Was your son looking at the new Entertainment Weekly cover?

Bill
A little more practice and he'll give YOU a run for the money.
Now tell him to put the pencils away and study law or medicine,
lol
Beutifull job on the box art, is it in stores?
