My initial thoughts are thus:

1. We all use the same panel size.
[10 inches accross and 6 inches high.]
2. The -whole- series does not get posted untill the end.
3. The "passing" on will work like so, I will draw a panel and email this [off board] to Didier. Didier then "knows" what he is to follow. Once he has drawn his panel, he will email -his- panel only to Justin. Justin will then know what he is to follow and will email -his- panel on to Anthony etc. We will only know what directly proceeds our own panel. The very last panel should "wrap" up the story with some ambigues scene, like waking up in bed or walking off into the sunset. Some "strip-ending" that would suit the panel that proceeds it.
4. When it's all done we then each post our own panels in sequence. So I'd post mine and say Didier wasn't on until later that day, he'd then post his which in turn would prompt Justin to post his etc. We can then all have a little chortle and start suggesting captions for it at that point.
5. I'd also suggest each of us having "two" passes at this. So whenMac finishes his panel, he emails it to me and I'll then follow him into the second pass. When it get's back to Mac for the second time, we are done.

Sounds good to me. We should establish the final size of the POSTED
piece. Since it will go up here, it should conform to the size rules, I
believe it's 600 pixels wide. And we can go either 72 or 100 dpi.

This is the panel size:

There isn't -much- reduction as if your panel is scanned and saved at 72dpi it's approx 720pixels across so the reduction to 600dpi is not that great.

Keep the reduction in mind though chaps.

Justin, I'd say pencil and ink your own. It'll just be simpler that way.
