Good to see you back again Marc. It's a nice drawing of Wonder Woman .It reminds me more of how she looked when she was first designed then how she is drawn now.

I know you had said you wanted to be critiqued before so i will do so now...
You have a nice layout for your design but something you should look out for Her back leg doesn't quite look right. I think thats because of your line work on the thigh it looks much shorter then i think it should be so keep your foreshortening in mind .Other then that good way to make a come back to posting  art again.

Good to have you back Marc. I really like this piece, the WW looks like the
Golden Age version, which is cool. The way her body is twisted, her right
arm just doesn't look quite right, something about the way it connects at
the shoulder. Still a strong piece.

Marc - I'll agree with what has been said about the piece by Anthony and Vlad.  I'll throw in that I like the quality of your line work.

Marc Babtiste, great job. Your pencil lines are so clean and tidy. I really like the lines on the face but it looks really good all around. I think the pose is very unique, and I like that, but I also find the pose kind of awkward at the same time. I think it might be a little better if you could see the back leg a little more make it more clear.. but if it was colored it might take care of that issue.

I like your work Marc, I am curious to see you draw things other than WW as well. :)

I did a little piece for a photoshop coloring tutorial... I call this piece "Old School". No critiques please! I am well aware of this piece's flaws! :D

Thanks guys. :) I am trying to get back into drawing again. I hadn't picked up a pencil for a long time but all the artistic juices flowing here at the JBF, from guys like yourself, has got me going again. It is painful though.. I lost the miniscule abilty I had... I didn't think it was possible to have less ability. haha So anyway, bear with me.. there might be some more stinkers coming.

Awsome! I was trying to do a Kirbyesque Firestorm. I hadn't ever seen anything like that. haha A friend of mine always makes fun of me for liking Firestorm.. questions my masculinty. LOL Part of the reason why I got a kick out of drawing him.

How does JB feel about Firestorm, any idea? I have been out of comics for a while. I recently read through a bio and learned Firestorm has been through some rough times since I last saw him -- some strange changes. It would be cool if JB revamped Firestorm like he did Superman. I think mid eighties Firestorm had a cool dynamic that reminds me of the FF dynamic. I wonder if he could solve some of Firestorm's problems and maybe create a cool rogue's gallery for him. It would be a challenge, that's for sure!

Charles,  Your art is very Kirbyish. It looks more the way his style is interpeted for the Justice League then how kirby did in comics nicely done. I'd  like to see you handle of some Kirby's Fourth World characters.

Charles - pretty cool looking piece.  I'd argue that it even has a bit of a new style feel in the vein of the animated JLA or the original Batman animated series.
