Nice Vamparella Anthony, how about inking it?.

Keeping the show on the road i threw  this together.

What if the Dark Phoenix went 10 pin bowling with the x-men?

Now to hit the sac.

Dig your Jean, James.

I also liked your Spider-Man a page back. Very Ditko.

Well, I've been kinda lurking here and seeing what's going on.  I don't have the time to reply like I used to.  Everyone has been putting up some really good stuff, so once again, please forgive me for the blanket "Good Job", but I really do mean it.

So, in the meantime, I've been struggling with some pencils our very own Justin Wasson was nice enough to do for me of The Grifter.  I tried to ink this thing about 8 times and this is the final version.  I guess some of it works and some doesn't, but I'm not the stronges inker in the world either, so it was great practice.

Justin's original pencils (great job BTW)

And my inks.  I did pull a bit of a Nelson on this, but Justin did say that if I felt somethings needed to be cleaned up to go ahead in the original post.

That's it.  See you all tomorrow.

"I did pull a bit of a Nelson on this"

Matthew, that was the funniest thing I've heard all day.

You're right.  But it makes for a funny signature line.

And that's pretty darn good for a quick one on the Wacom.  Nelson would be proud!

Justin - Sharp pencils

Matthew - Your inks are progressing nicely, it takes time to really get a
feel for inking. The Nelson line had me laughing my ass off.
