Jeff, I apologize for the crudeness but I just bought my first Wacom tablet yesterday, and I've never used one before.  So I figured, what the heck, I should experiment on your drawing :-)

So is this the kind that is a monitor screen that you write on? Or just a touch sensitive pad to draw on while you look at a screen?

If it is a tablet sensitive monitor that can be written on, was there much parallax? I think parallax problems would be really annoying to me.

"I think parallax problems would be really annoying to me," exclaimed Charles Jensen.

I do not have a Cintiq which is Wacom's touch screen version but I have worked with one. I've also never worked on an Intuos, the best I've used in that realm is an Art2. The Cintiq I worked on was great, very little parallax if any. Price is the big deterant on these monitors but the prices seem to be dropping. I have a 15" Optima PL-500 and I have to adjust the parallax on it almost everytime I use it but I only paid $200 for it and it saves a tremendous amount of time depending on the work.

Thanks for the reply, Rich. I am hoping when OLED screens come out they will have virtually no parallax problems. But who knows when they will get that sorted out? I thought they would be common by now.

I guess great minds think alike, right Justin? I started inking Jeff's
Sunday, but a few things got in the way, and I didn't finish it until this
morning. I guess Jeff gets a "twofor" :)
Not really familiar with the character, so I had to fake it a bit. Still, it was
fun do the horror rendering, which is something I dig.
