I like that He-Man John. Are those the actual colors, or is the scan a bit
dark?

A little sketch I did today. I was kind of happy with the way it came out
because I thought it had a strong Gene Colan vibe to it.

Chris Yeoman, are you into Wes Anderson movies at all? There are some paintings in The Royal Tenenbaums that your piece reminds me of. Pretty cool!

Thanks, she's my ex-girlfriend, I use her as a model quite often. I just
finished a painting of her that I may share in the future.

As far as Darren, he is working on some kick ass stuff, if all are nice,
maybe he will share some of it here. LOL

Vlad, I find that piece to be very pleasing to mine eye in many ways. Largely due to the channeling of The Dean of light and dark. Fantastic work Seeing as Gene Colan is and will always willbe one of my biggest influneces and Idol's i worshipped growing up . You get major points for this one.

Thanks,

In my opinion the Tomb of Dracula by Colan and Palmer is one of the
finest examples of art in American comics. It doesn't get much better
than those two guys at the top form of their careers.
