Matthew- I used to just draw my favorite heroes and paint them in acrylics, most of my stuff is like this. I'm in a pencil mood at the moment, hence the recent sketches. :)

Well i like them.  And i like your pencils.  what kind of paper and pencils are you using for your pencil drawings?

(do you stay up all night and just post stuff here?  Isn't it like 10 or 12 o'clock over there?)

Thank you. I use A4 paper - 99p a pad and a 25p HB pencil lol.

It's 12:05am and I cruise a few different sites while I write and watch movies, I'm quite the night owl. ;)

Man, you've made me sound like a loser lol

Chris

I'm guessing that A4 is like printer paper?  If so you might consider putting some $$$ up and getting some good drawing paper.  You might add a few pencils as well.  Maybe one H and one B to build up your values.

When I was taking a recent illustration class, my teacher -made- me (as in forced!) use a range of pencils from 6H to 6B to build up values on our drawings.  I was a smudger before that, smudged to get my shadows, but she made a believer out of me!

Oh and your stuff will keep better on better paper, too.

And stop staying up so late drinking and watching TV.  Go to bed.  You have work in the morning!!!  hehehehe

Well, it worked.  I like that a lot!  Your stuff is getting better with every post.  You might not be able to see it, but I sure can.

Good job.

Anthony, incredible stuff! You never fail to dissapoint.

Mattew- I have the week off. Also, I just sketch for fun so right now I'm not bothered about the paper, but if I do want to be more pro then I'll be sure to get better stuff. :)
