hey Darren what did you think of magadascar, i loved the "got to move it "song.i watched it with the daughter a couple of weeks ago.

We all really enjoyed it. Took me a while to place the Giraffes voice. It was driving me nuts at the start of the film. In fact it totally distracted me from actually "watching" the feature. I was too busy trying to prise the name off my tongue! But then I realised that it was "Ross" from Friends;-)

I had to explain three times why the Lion was trying to eat the Zebra though. Keira knew that meat was meat and she also is aware that Meat is choice cuts from animal stock but still she wasn't putting two and two together. "Can't he just eat the grass Daddy?", "No that kills the story love...Remeber it's all about driving the plot forward...[shakes his head]...weren't you paying attention in storytelling class?"
