Here is a quick sketch from my notebook that I might finish later.  Mostly done with colored pencils.

You might have to bring your own interpretation for this one.

I may be out of action for a couple of weeks...we'll see. I was putting a fence up in my back garden today with the help of my In-Laws, when the finger on my drawing hand met with a rather unfortuanate incident with a spade.

The finger is still attached to me, it's not -that- serious but skin was pulled up from one knuckle toowards the other. Leaving me without the ability to bend it or have any pressure on it. I'm hoping to give it a little "test" later this evening.

Ed - killer job on Boba!

Michael - very cool.  what kind of colored pencils do you use?

James - Ha!  Good read.

Chris - I agree with Darren.  I get stage fright too but you can't improve without anyone seeing your work and commenting on it.

Darren - Man, I hate that.  I always think about that when at work or using really sharp knives.  Sometimes I use a table saw at work, so I'm like, "Ok, breath easy and go SLOW!"  One time I stuck my ring finger on my left hand into a table router (not my drawing hand!)  Walked away - thank God- with loosing just a little skin near the nail.  The wife thought I was trying to get my wedding ring off in a permanent way...

Get better soon Dude!!!
