Hmm, interesting thread...it's kinda wierd being a 3D artist, do you
have things called "sketches"? Well, here's some "sketches" I've
done.
One is an older Iron Man piece just to show some poses:
And here is a recent study on an Ashley Wood comic called Popbot from IDW Publishing:
