The skin of most airplanes is very, very thin. It is not made to take pressure in the same way as, say, the hull of a battleship. It's meant to be sleek and light, so it can move thru the air with the greatest ease.As you'll note, I WAS careful to draw Sasquatch lifting the plane on a seam, assuming the actual structural support frame lay immediately beyond the skin at that position. Not good enough for Shooter, tho. "Realistically", tho, if anything the aluminum would TEAR. Recall the footage of that tank on a rampage in San Diego some years back. At one point the thing side-swipes a Winnebago, and the camper just SHREDS, like paper.
