I don't think there's enough space here for me to list all the supps I take. LOL. I have recently gotten into juicing -- frankly, it's the only way I can eat a beet. I like most greens raw -- spinich and the like -- but can't stand vegetables when they're cooked. And I mean, even lightly steamed, which releases the nutrients the best. Can't stand the texture -- or maybe the temperature. Whatever. Vegetables... yuck! So, juicing is a great alternative! Gets my greens and root vegetables in without me gagging from the texture. Other than that, I agree with Matt and vitamin D3 -- which isn't really a vitamin, but rather a hormone, but whatever. I would also recommend Omega 3's (fish oils), zinc and magnesium. And if you don't get enough B12, supp that, too. Be proactive and preventative rather than reactive about your health. Whatever you put in your body today has an effect in the future! (And it also don't hurt to have your hormone levels checked!)
