Holy crap that's good. The Grey tones set it off! I'm in awe.

Spectacular! Love the choice of camera angle! Great job with the greytones! Truly, this technique marks a new chapter in JB's artistic output!
And this one is mine!!!
It was about time I got a Wolverine and it occurred to me that AF#13 was one of my favoritest appearances of the character!
Thanks go to Jim Warden for making it happen!
Thanks, JB! You keep getting better at it all the time!

There is an incredible richness to this piece. Logan seems almost three-dimensional. For some reason, I'm reminded of some of the beautiful old Classics Illustrated artwork. This commission feels almost like a painting to me.

I was 14 when I read that issue of AF and that sequence scared the bejeezus out of me.
I love this commission. This may be one of my all time favorites. Those grey tones are awesome.

Also, timing was great! 72 hours past my birthday makes it a belated "gift"!

Excellent commission, JB - I really like the grey tones, and they are perfect for the mood of this piece.
It's always a pleasure to see JB's Wolverine, and I especially dig him in his street threads. Special bonus that the hat is flying off so we see the unmistakable hair.
And to have this come from that pages of ALPHA FLIGHT is a real treat. I have a had a great time revisiting the series with the release of the trade paperbacks.
Congrats, Flavio! I hope you display it proudly!

JB, If you think there's still room for it and you've got the time, I'd love to have it personalized. I didn't ask for it beforehand, but since you've stated it's something you dig...
