If IDW (and JB) want to do one of those things, they will figure it out.
Complete books do exist of JB's work. For the Romita book, they had to create a page or two when the original art was missing. This book can get made if IDW and JB want it to happen.

I'd love to see The Art of John Byrne, Modern Masters and the old Comics Journal articles collected into one over-sized volume together. All of the interviews and accompanying artwork would make quite the package.
