Per the Chief's comment about pieces like this ending up on Ebay, I could understand his consternation about it. A recent search revealed some stuff I'm certain he (and a dozen others) aren't so keen on. "Worksafe" wasn't a word to describe the results. Otherwise, this was actually quite an interesting piece. Sort of "What if Professor X put the original costumes on the 'New' X-Men?"

The only "change" I would make is to have Wolverine with his distinctive mask. ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------- I think Wolverine looks better here than he does in the costume Marvel currently has him in!

Hm. I don't see how wearing a mask would do Nightcrawler any good… ••
Cal it team spirit!

LOL! Makes me think of the fanboy who tried to deduce Starbrand's secret I.D. "You're tall, I can see your eye color, I can pick out your accent, etc.". Fun stuff.

Maybe he is referring to the new Wolverine comics costume?

I've spent a few days coloring this piece and it was a blast. It seems to have captured a simpler and more lighthearted time.
