Nathan's latest request involves miniskirts and go-go boots.

Odds of my declining.... less than zero!

I forgot how wonderful this commission is. Nice to revisit this piece. As for the new one, it's always nice to see what's coming next.

Perhaps on my next LA visit after a tour of the Guggenheim, perhaps a tour of Casa Greno Museum is in order. One of the largest collections of John Byrne art on the West Coast. ;)

Nathan, did I ever show you this picture of Jim and Gary ogling over your commission?

Is Gary salivating over the piece? Man, it's like a Super Secret No-Wemen's He Man Club.  Sweet piece.

The new request is much smaller -- but I'm guessing it will be equally fun to look at!

I was blown away by JB's "If I Had a Time Machine" commission. His use of tone was incredible. In the thread he posted, "One of the things I want to push with the tones, if any more such requests come along, is to diminish the use of black holding lines as much as possible". After reading that I knew I wanted another commission!

btw I've been looking at tone pieces lately... Wally Wood was pretty incredible at doing them!

I like the picture of Jim and Garry ogling Nathans commission as it lays seductively on the bed like a prostitute. (A high class one of course)  ;)
