"I've never really understood the appeal of Hawk & Dove. " Under Liefeld's care I am dubbing them Thunder Thighs and Bitty Head if that cover stays consistent.

I was hoping for my Zero-Hour Legion in one form or another. They are the ones that got me hooked as a teen. But, I will still stick around with Levitz on. Plus, it is said this book will have the least amount of change on board.

From The Beat, re Frankenstein: Agent of SHADE:
"Frankenstein was created by Grant Morrison in his Seven Soldiers storyline."

Apparently, that Teen Titans image isn't the cover for issue #1. According to his blog, it's something Brett Booth drew for work meetings.

Is this how Crisis On Infinite Earths felt to fandom back then? I hate to take such a negative stance on DC doing what they think they should be doing, but it just feels so wrong. I get more and more disgusted with each preview. =================================================== I was pretty excited by COIE as I was only a short way in to my comic collecting days, and thought it was something that would never happen again. LOL!! Looking back Crisis had hits and misses, but it didn't seem to entirely break from the past. Superman and Wonder Woman were the two big reboots. LOSH was caught up in that, and Batman was an in series one. There wasn't a sense that everything was thrown away. Although in retrospect some elements such as the LOSH and JSA could have been handled better. I always felt Roy Thomas never got over Crisis and spent his last few years at DC trying to cobble the wreckage back together.

Well, I'll consider Hawk and Dove, since from the looks of things, they're maintaining the characters. Hopefully, they'll resserrect most of the supporting cast from their series. I'll stick with the Legion (and the spinoff). Teen Titans? Doubtful.

I was 19 when the first Crisis event happened. I thought is was so cool! Now almost 30 years later the prospect of all this change, and all the changes that happened inbetween I am less then excited. There are some books I will give a good look at Legion, Aquaman, and Superman.

Justice League Dark - with Constantine, Deadman, Shade the Changing Man, and Madam Xanadu as members. *** Putting the Justice League title on a book featuring Constantine is an insult to the essences of both concepts. I love the JLA and Constantine is also a favorite character of mine but THE TWO DO NOT BELONG TOGETHER! And Liefeld now? Ha!

I'm interested in 4 titles, but they're launching so many... it's almost suspicious...

When does everyone think that Post-Crisis DC lost its way? The Death of Superman era? Broke-back Batman era? Sometime after?

Justice League Dark, Justice League Wheat, Justice League IPA, Justice League Velvet Cream Porter, Justice League Stock Ale... Actually, it's Constantine. They should call it Justice League Brown (Ale). Cheers, Jon
