Nine figures plus three heads in a corner box and a banner and title at the top of the page....and yet again JB nails the whole thing and brings it all together on an 11x17 piece of art board!

The only disappointment is we only get the cover. That is one awesome commission. I need to start saving up some money.

Great cover! The INVADERS was my favorite title growing up.

It would be fun to have Doom & the Invaders battle Zemo or Baron Strucker.

I do remember an INVADERS storyline with Victor VonDoom. He didn't have his armor yet -- he just had bandages about his face. The story involved Hitler hiring (or blackmailing) Victor to create some machines to bring Thor and some Norse monsters from Asgard to fight the Invaders for the Nazis.

Doom, of course, betrays the Nazis and makes amends for his inter-dimensions tamperings.

Great work, I'd certainly be on board if you did an Invaders series JB!  I have fond memories of the original series in the '70s.

Nice!

Question (for anyone that knows): Has JB drawn the Invaders outside of their reunion in NAMOR?

••

Roger Stern later established that Doom was time traveling in that story, too! "Marvel Time" and its sliding scale had carried the good Doctor too far from WW2 for the story to have simply involved him as a young man!

Great commission, JB.  I especially like Cap's pose--just perfect.

That is an awesome cover. If that book were on the stands I would pick it up in a heartbeat!
