Alright, I'm game too. I will buy and read Doom Patrol #7 if someone volunteers to buy and read WE3 #2.

I'll take Peter Hicks up on his offer and pick up and read WE3 #1 in exchange for a Doom Patrol #7 purchase.

Thomas Mets, you're on. I had no intention of buying and reading Ultimates 2 #1, but I will if you try DP. |

Intriguing ... all right, as non-Doom Patroller, I'll give it
a try. Mr. McKay (or anyone else), do you read Tom
Strong? If not ... issue 30 just hit the stands a week
or two ago. If someone buys and reads that, I'll pick
up DP7 this weekend!

How about everybody involved in this swap also provides a review after reading their selection so we all know they actually did it, and whether it will actually lead to further sales?

I think that is a good idea. Maybe we should have a different thread so the reviews dont get lost.

That's a great idea. IMO keeping the reviews in this thread will help keep this topic "bumped" so that passers-by will notice it.

I agree, whoever reads their DP or swapped title first should start the new thread. I'm going to my LCS either Wed. or Thurs. and I'll get a copy of WE3 and leave a mini book report when I'm done. This should be fun.

Sorry Joe, since this is your baby, I'll go along with keeping the same thread.

Even though Todd already beat me to it, I'll still pick up Tom
Strong #30 tomorrow.
I know that still doesn't fulfill the terms the Joe set at the
beginning of this thread though, so I am still open to the swap:
anyone that has a comic they'd like me to purchase and read,
in exchange for purchasing DP#7, let me know.
