I love finding out stuff like this!!!

I think Tom Berenger is a dead ringer (even though he wasn't the inspiration then.)

I always still try to guess who Jasmine was inspired by, and then every time I think I know I second guess myself.

In an alternate reality, NEXT MEN is a soon to be broadcast TV show with an outrageous budget (!) and JB has FULL control of the production and adaptation (!)

Who would you see playing Beth, Jazz, Jack, Nate, Danny, Tony, Control, Hilltop (in case Tom Berenger is unavailable), MIV & Amanda, Tannen, Thomas Kirkland & co.?

Should Sathanas be computer generated or a guy all propped up?

Jasmine, alas, lives only in my head.

Starting to feel sorry this is going to be in color.

Has the colorist been chosen yet?

This page reminded me of some Alex Toth Black Canary stories I read in B&W.

I'll let IDW make that announcement!

One actor who I saw earlier this year who I thought might make a good Hilltop was Neal McDonough.

He's one of my Reed Richards candidates. In about 20 years, tho, he could make a good Hilltop.

Gee, John, thanks for the new page on which we see Sathanas and the mystery men that abducted our heroes. Great art! At this rate we're going to get the entire first issue in advance!

If she were a bit younger I'd have thought of CCH Pounder as Tony Murcheson. I love the actress' personality and her ability to remain both serious yet humorous at the same time.

I've yet to find a perfect match for Tony -- and, of course, I have to keep changing my choices as the years march by. Based on ALIENvsPREDATOR, I think Sanaa Latham has the proper degree of spunk, and is pretty close to the actual appearance.
