I am considering giving my JBNM phonebooks away once I get the third hardcover collection in November. Now if IDW would only print a 2112 hardcover... +++Wallace, DON'T DO IT! +++ Why not, Flavio?

JB said "Be careful what you wish for..." ------------------------------------------------------------ ---- I've been wishing for JBNM to come back for 16 years, to me there's nothing to be careful about. JB never disappointed me on what I consider his best work. I'll like it. Period.

Just finished the run this morning...holey moley a lot went down in issue #30. I completely forgot that Tony was taken away from the mysterious character who was taking everyone away. I loved the seen where Jasmine broke Axelrod's jaw and then explained to him in cold calculated terms what was happening to him. Her revenge was just and perfect.

To me, getting to December seems longer than waiting for JBNM to come back for 16 years ...

I must confess I've always prefered JB in color that's why I didn't treat myself with a B&W JBNM phonebook. Except when John drew me this:

Thanks Joakim! To me, the year 1991 is and always will be THE John Byrne year: the OMAC mini (fell in love with the duo shade) and 2112 (1st JB creator owned project).Fell in love with the Sathanas character too. THIS explaining the WHY of THAT piece :-) I'm sure when John drew that piece last year (1st NEXT MEN commission EVER since the series ended) he didn't know he'd be back on the title 16 months later. Dream come true, honest.
