Print that out and hang it on your fridge, JB!

I love those phone books - the series looks fantastic in stunning, glorious, eye-popping black & white.

Do the phone books include 2112? I read maybe the first 10 or so issues and then stopped following it (and most comics as I entered late high school/early college), and I'd like to catch up on it and get into the new IDW series. Is there anything else, aside from the series itself and 2112, related to Next Men?

"Why are ya'll so desperate to pin a real time date on NEXT MEN?
Be happy, IT'S MORE NEXT MEN COMICS PEOPLE!!!" I couldn't agree more! C'mon...it's set in the near future. That's all we need to know. Trying to peg down the specific year (especially given that there has been a hiatus) is akin to trying to pin a specific age for Peter Parker or Robin. Totally missing the point.

Christ Jesus ... I am surprised this thread hasn't made JB change his mind.
Everyone breathe, relax, and let the man tell his story.
Who fucking cares about the rest? I don't.
What is the cover going to be #31? #1? Will it be a special polybagged holographic smell o vision radar covers inked by a radioactive chimp?
Sit back and enjoy the wait. I cant imagine any of us will be disappointed.

>>Control was an old guy already, I'd miss him if the latter were the case.Edit: like I said, rereading the series. It occurs to me I can't remember how the series leaves Control at the end, but I have a nagging feeling I may have said something stupid... spoiler....?.....
INVISO TEXT (Click or highlight to reveal):
Must admit until I re-read it, I'd forgotten that he was put to a very final death by Hilltop in #28 or #29 - see the cover to see how! |

Good one! Well if JB drew a radioactive chimp I'd buy it!
