FAN-FRIGGIN-TASTIC!!! I wish I hadn't seen the preview so I could be surprised, but I couldn't help it! I'm so happy I could pee! And the colors are just perfect!

I wish I hadn't seen the preview…•• So do I, since they manage to step on one of the turn-page moments that I have been able to keep out of the promotions so far. sigh I wonder if there will ever come a day when the promotions department of any comicbook company realizes that the Really Cool Shots are NOT the ones they should be using?

JB, I don't want to know any details or see previews of the sketch covers (I would prefer to be surprised when I get it). Just wondering how it's going?

This is easily the largest number free sketches I have done in such a short amount of time! Anyway, it looks like they won't miss the ship date of the regular covers by as much as I feared.

I won't comment on the short glimpse of the story but the artwork looks - dare I say it? - better than your old stuff! Perhaps because of the coloring it reminds me of Moebius and the line, in particular, seems to have a somewhat slicker/tighter quality than your previous work. Are you drawing this on bigger boards, JB?
