How does Bethany keep her hair tied back, anyway? As we've seen, it can cut through metal! :-)•• Individual strands can cut thru metal, or just about anything, but when her hair is pulled back, the point at which it is bound is like a rope, not a cutting tool. Think of it this way: when cutting up a nice, thick steak, which works best for slicing, the knife's blade, or its handle?

i saw 3 photos of actresses suggested (including my own) to play tony and didn't think any of them was unappealing! :) --- Well, there's no accounting for taste. (Please insert the appropriate emoticon here so that there is no chance my comment is misinterpreted as malicious.)

How about Oprah Winfrey. Now there is a famous African-American actress.

Works for me!
On a related note, one of the little touches I liked in Man of Steel was Superman using his heat vision to shave.

On a related note, one of the little touches I liked in Man of Steel was Superman using his heat vision to shave.•• Bit of a cheat there, and of the kind I tried to avoid in NEXT MEN. Superman's beard should, of course, be as indestructible as the rest of him -- not even his own heat vision should work on it. Not a lot of choice, tho. DC often said that he didn't need to shave or trim his fingernails, because they didn't grow in Earth's atmosphere, but the still allowed him to change the length of his hair from time to time, including sideburns when they were hip!
