I thought this one might have pre-dated the two Avengers issues, but I was wrong (it's from July, 1966) -

These are from the 60's (1968 if I am not mistaken) published by a company called GEP. They included some stories created by Brazilian artists to complete the pages.

Wow researching this comic has made me discover so many obscure comics and characters I never knew about, amazing the things that have fallen into obscurity and what has survived over the years.
