In house? None, they are all freelancers. Marvel only employs editors nowadays.
Marvel's "exclusivity contracts" only warrant that the creators signed in won't work for the competition, not that they will have a job. Igor Kordey said so when Marvel kicked him out while he was still under contract (he had to get work in Europe).

Not a chance in hell, Pedro. Marvel already has the infrastructure to publish comics, something Disney has never had. No way Disney shuts down comic book publication simply to, what, farm it out to another company? Doesn't make a lick of sense.

Disney already owns the rights to the Gantry-Lawrence 60's Spider-man cartoon via Buena Vista.
Guess they had a taste and wanted more :-)
For all those scared that Disney may close the publishing arm of Marvel -- wasn't Marvel mooting to do that to itself just a few years ago anyway?

I'm excited by this news, because I believe it can't do anything but help the awareness and availability of Marvel comics. I just hope that Disney doesn't affect the creative decisions themselves. I don't want the stories to change. Edit: Joe Q claims on his twitter page that nothing about the comics themselves will change. Interesting...

Because they've never had the infrastructure to do so nor the will to start one up? With Marvel, they've already got it. Plus, they save money by keeping it in house rather than farming it out to a different publisher. Sorry, but I've got to agree that this reaction is Chicken Little thinking.

Disney once bought out its comics producing licensor, Gladstone Comics, to try and publish comics themselves. It was a disaster and quickly went under.
This time, I don't think they will be willing to spend money to get the same results.
Disney DID NOT buy Marvel to publish comics, but to make money with the (very sucessful) Marvel movies and respective merchandising, now the main Marvel sources of income. I don't think anyone here will dispute THAT!

I'm happy today. I hope I've seen the end of the disgusting crap Marvel has produced for the last 5 to 10 years. I hope comics are kid friendly again. Hopefully this is a win.
