Ooh, I like this one! Great perspective and I like how so many different things work together to convey energy and movement: the movement lines, the flotsam and jetsam on the street, the looming skyscrapers, the contrast between the bold lines of the figures and the thinner lines of the buildings. And then there's the use of negative space to create a burst of light around the Flash's right foot.

You wouldn't catch me letting someone race with a cosmic surfboard so close to my ankles, but that's why the Flash is the superhero and not me.
